Does the Nebius partnership change Squivr's products?
No. ArcSuite, the Account Planning Suite, and the Analytics Suite remain 100% Salesforce-native and continue to run entirely inside your Salesforce org. The Nebius partnership is a separate line of business and does not alter how our products are built, deployed, or supported.
Is my Salesforce data sent to Nebius?
No. Squivr products do not send your Salesforce data to Nebius or any other outside platform. Your data stays in your org, exactly as described in our Trust Center. Nebius only processes data that your own team chooses to send to Token Factory from your own applications.
Do I need to be a Squivr customer to buy Nebius through Squivr?
No. Any organization can work with us on Nebius Token Factory, whether or not you use Squivr's Salesforce products.
Do I need Nebius to use Squivr?
No. Squivr's products have no dependency on Nebius. Nothing about your Squivr subscription requires or includes Nebius services.
What is the difference between the reseller and referral paths?
As a reseller, Squivr handles quoting, ordering, and invoicing, and the service is provided by Nebius under Nebius's customer terms. As a referral partner, we introduce you to Nebius and you contract and pay Nebius directly. In both cases Nebius delivers the platform and its service levels.
Will Nebius appear on my Squivr contract or invoice?
Only if you choose the reseller path, and then it is placed on its own order, separate from your Squivr subscription. Your Squivr agreement, pricing, and renewal terms are not affected. On the referral path, Nebius bills you directly.
Who supports my Nebius environment?
Nebius operates Token Factory and provides technical support and service levels directly to you. When you order through Squivr, we are your point of contact for commercial matters such as quotes, invoicing, and renewals.
Does Squivr's Trust Center cover Nebius services?
No. Squivr's Trust Center describes the security of Squivr's Salesforce products. Nebius Token Factory is governed by Nebius's own security, privacy, and compliance commitments, which Nebius makes available to customers.
Is Squivr becoming an AI infrastructure company?
No. Squivr remains focused on Revenue Intelligence for Salesforce. We partner with Nebius because many of our customers and peers are building AI applications and want a trusted source for production inference. Offering Nebius lets us help with that without changing what Squivr builds.
